BDD CVD is made of thin films by chemical vapor deposition (CVD). Because the material is all made of diamond films, there is no silicon, niobium, tantalum, or other metal materials as the substrate.

 

Compared with the conventional boron-containing diamond electrode with a matrix material, it has higher purity and better performance. Still, growing the product in a large size takes more time, so the cost is relatively high. Therefore, the smaller BDD CVD is widely used in precision instruments and high-standard test environments.

 

It is mainly used in heat and electrochemical oxidation treatment ideal anode material for biodegradable organic wastewater.
